1. How do I find and book a hotel/ resort with TravelTipid.Com?
TravelTipid.Com offers a large range of hotels and resorts located in Philippines, Asia Pacific Region, America, Europe and the Middle East. (Our suggestions and special offers can also help you in making your choices). Just follow the steps, and book the hotel you like simply by filling in the reservation form.

2. After I make my reservation, how long does it take to get a reservation confirmation?
Within 1-2 working day (not including Sunday & Public Holidays). When you make a reservation with us, within hours, you will receive our Reservation Acknowledgement via e-mail, confirming that your reservation request is now being processed. If you do not receive any mail from us within 1 working day after placing your reservation, please kindly contact us immediately at service@traveltipid.com

At the same time we will contact and secure your reservation request with the hotel property. Assuming availability, a reservation is then made with your information confirming your reservation and we will advice you the payment procedures as a guarantee of reservation, total amount will be settled on or before the due date specified on your booking confirmation.

Usually within 1 working day, we will send you a confirmation with your reservation details via e-mail or fax. If your reservation is fully paid, a check-in voucher showing your reservation details, full name as in passport will be directly faxed from the local ground handling agent.

3. What if the hotel that I selected is not available?
You will be notified via e-mail (within 1 working day after placing your order) and we will suggest alternative with same category of your chosen hotel or resort.

4. Do I need a credit card to make a hotel reservation?
Yes, All reservations made in this site are on a pre-payment for guaranteed purposes, TravelTipid.Com offers online credit card payment, and we only accept major credit cards, debit cards & bank charge issued from the country covered by PAYPAL and XOOM Money Transfer, we also accept bank-to-bank payment settlement...click here

- However, all reservations made online must be initially guaranteed payment by 20% using credit card.
  You shall receive the auto-response links and details to pay the deposit; otherwise your reservation will
  automatically cancel.
- Once your 20% deposit received, confirmation of your reservation and payment notice will follow.
- After confirmation of your chosen hotel/ resort, then you decides not to pursue it, your 20% deposit shall
  forfeit.
- In case your preferred hotel/resort is unavailable, we will recommend an alternative accommodation.
- To pursue your confirmed reservation or confirmed recommended hotel/resort, the 20% deposit will
  deduct on your total billing.
- After settlement of full payment, a copy of Hotel Voucher, E-ticket, and Tour Voucher or among others will
  send via PDF File.
- If you don't want to avail the recommended hotel/resort, email us back on or before the commencement
  of your reservation, 20% deposit will automatic refund to your credit card with less bank charges. If you
  cancel your confirmed reservation as you requested, the 20% deposit are forfeited.

5 How safe are my credit card details?

When you place reservation or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The industry standard security measures available through 128 Bits SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protects the confidentiality and security of online transactions by encrypting all information you input before it is sent to us and the financial institution. The authentication and encryption ensures that credit card information, as well as personal information, submitted as part of the buying process, cannot be read, altered or intercepted en route. The encoded credit card details provided will be transferred and decrypted ONLY by the financial institution for their processing.

6. When will I be charged in full?
 After receiving your deposit, we will check for room's availability. If your selected accommodation is available, we will make reservation and you will receive confirmation and the total amount due you need to pay less 20% deposit.

7. What sort of acknowledgement will I receive after payment made?
After your payment is confirmed, we will issue a Hotel Check-in Voucher via email attachment. Kindly print the Hotel Voucher and present to the hotel/resort front desk officer upon check-in.

8. Whose name is the reservation made under?
The room reservation is made under your name or lead name you entered while making your reservation. You can check-in with your Hotel Voucher and passport or ID's showing the same name as when you fill out the reservation request form.

9. Do I need to confirm my booking with the hotel directly?
No. The Confirmation Voucher printed from the confirmation mail is all you need.

10. What happens to my hotel booking if my flight is delayed?
Please inform us directly via email or calling through SMART Mobile # (+639205256538) as any additional or no charge will only depend on the hotel policy.

11. What is the latest time that I can make a reservation?
We accept reservations that are made at least 5-working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) before the check-in date. For frequent clients that have established an account with us, we accept reservations on a 2-working day notice.

12. Are your rates per room or per person?
Most of our prices quoted per room unless specified.

13. What are the check in and check out times?
Normal policy of hotels displayed on our web site is for check in time from 2:00 PM (14:00 hrs.) and the check out time before Noon (12:00 hrs.).

14. Is taxes and breakfast included?
All taxes and service charge are included and breakfast are also included in the price unless stated otherwise.

15. What are the different room categories?
Generally hotels tend to place their bedrooms within different categories:
- Standard
- Superior
- Deluxe
- Super Deluxe
- Executive
- Premier
- Prsidential


The actual differences between the bedrooms vary from one hotel to another, with executive being the highest standard of room.

Single Room
A single room is designed to accommodate one person only. The room contains one single bed or twin bed.
Double Room
A double room is designed to accommodate two people only. The room contains one queen bed or king size bed or if not available a twin bed.
Twin Room
A twin room is also designed to accommodate two people only. The room contains two single beds or if not available a king size bed.
Triple Room
A triple room is designed to accommodate three people only. The room will contain either:
- One queen and one single bed
- Three single beds
Quad Room / Family Room
A quad room is designed to accommodate four people only. The room will contain either:
- Two queen beds
- One queen and two single beds
- Four single beds


Please specify which option you require when sending your reservation form. We can also assist you in seeking accommodation that can accommodate more than four people in a room. Please specify the number of people in your party when completing your reservation request form.

16. Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel or via another CRS / GDS System?
The special rates listed on TravelTipid.Com are only available through our partner hotels & resorts. If you would like to make a reservation directly with the hotel or using other CRS/GDS System, you will need to contact them directly.

Prices shown on this webpage applies to reservation that has been made on this site and full payment must settle prior to commencement of travel, otherwise hotel/resort will charge all guest in a Published Rates.

17. What is your cancellation policy?
We have taken great care to make our Cancellation Policy as flexible as possible. We understand that you may want to amend your travel dates - even at the last minute, or that you may have to cancel your travels - due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that we do not charge any cancellation fee for booking requests in progress. However once your booking is final, i.e. we have sent the HOTEL VOUCHER to the email address provided during your booking process, our Cancellation Policy applies. (Read our Terms and Conditions)

Rebooking, amendment, revisions and cancellations policies;

During Low Season
● 10% surcharge if 2 weeks prior to departure
● 20% surcharge if 5 days prior to departure
● 50% surcharge if 3 days prior to departure
● 100% if the day before departure

During High Season
● 10% surcharge if 15 days prior to departure
● 20% surcharge if 7 days prior to departure
● 100% if 3 days prior to departure

During Peak Periods (such as; Holiday Season, Special Holidays, Events, Festivals and among others)
● 10% surcharge if 30 days prior to departure
● 20% surcharge if 15 days prior to departure
● 100% if 7 days prior to departure


At times the particular hotel you have booked with, may stipulate different amendment or cancellation policies not covered here. Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supersede those stated in our General Terms & Conditions. In such case our Customer Service Agents will of course inform you clearly and completely.

18. How to cancel, amend, revised?
You may submit your notification of cancellation via email or fax. Please be advised that we will not accept any cancellation requests by phone. Cancellations must show your Confirmation ID# and email address you originally used to make your booking. Cancellations are ONLY valid if you receive an email from us confirming receipt of your cancellation. If you have submitted your cancellation and do not receive our confirmation of receipt by email do contact us IMMEDIATELY.

19. What do you do with my personal information?
We have the utmost respect for your privacy and security. We never divulge any information in our fully encrypted database account to anyone without your consent. Once you enter the reservations system to book a reservation, you are automatically taken into a secure booking engine that guarantees a safe and smooth transaction. We are very confident about the Internet security provided by Netscape's Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). The security features built into Netscape Navigator, Internet Explorer, and AOL, protect your Internet communications with: server authentication, privacy using encryption, and data integrity.
