It is
considered that the agents and
or/passenger have read and understood
the following Terms and Conditions and
that they agree the same unless the
agency's attention is called in writing
before we finalize the booking. All
terms and conditions contained herein
are to the best of our knowledge and
belief that we have published them.

Only fully paid tours will be

Rates are subject to change
without prior notice thus
clients must confirm at the time
of booking. Increases may be
expected 10 days before and
after Christmas, Chinese New
Year, Easter and long holidays. |

Rates are quoted in prevailing
currency. |

The
company reserves the right to
levy a 25% surcharge on all
finalized bookings which the
agent or passenger will cancel,
postpone, revise or amend. |

Cancellations and postponements
of clients must be made one (1)
week before departure during the
Lean Season (from June to
November) and two (2) weeks
before departure during the Peak
Season (from December to May),
(1) month before departure
during Super Peak Season

Festival) otherwise total

No-Shows and On-The-Spots
Cancellations will be charged

for any commitment not made by

Once travel has commenced, the
agency shall not refund or
exchange any unused portion.

When the need arises, the
company reserves the right to
substitute accommodations,
meals, transportation,
activities and itineraries or
alter all or some of the tour
components when the comfort and
safety of the passengers warrant
it. |

The
company shall not be accountable
for cancellations,
postponements, revision or
amendments in the means of
transportation, meal selection,
type of accommodations, schedule
of activities and all related
circumstances arising from
causes beyond our control. |

All
items of personal nature are
solely the passenger’s
responsibility. |

13. |
The
agency will not accept
responsibilities for the loss,
injury, damage, delay or
irregularity that may be caused
to the agency's passenger or his
property arising from causes
beyond our control. |

company's services will include
only those indicated in our

Process
|
Booking Process Rates advertised are available only if
made through this website
(www.traveltipid.com) and are not
available if made thru direct bookings
to the hotels.
For your convenience, you must read our
TERMS & CONDITIONS, PRIVACY STATEMENT &
SITE TERMS prior to your reservation.
TRAVELTIPID.COM-Internet offers
different type of payment procedure,
your payment have been verified and your
room reservation is confirmed, we only
charge your credit cards, bank accounts
or debit cards ONCE your room
reservations is confirmed.
In some cases, credit cards issued from
financial institutions in the
Philippines are NEEDED to be VERIFIED
Customers has to first sign up to the
official website of PAYPAL:
https://www.paypal.com
- However, all reservations made
online must be initially guaranteed
payment by 10% using credit card.
You shall receive the auto-response links and details to pay the deposit;
otherwise your reservation will
automatically cancel.
- Once your 10% deposit received,
confirmation of your reservation and
payment notice will follow.
- After confirmation of your chosen
hotel/ resort, then you decides not to
pursue it, your 10% deposit shall
forfeit.
- In case your preferred hotel/resort is
unavailable, we will recommend an
alternative accommodation.
- To pursue your confirmed reservation
or confirmed recommended hotel/resort,
the 10% deposit will
deduct on your total billing.
- After settlement of full payment, a
copy of Hotel Voucher, E-ticket, and
Tour Voucher or among others
will send via PDF File.
- If you don't want to avail the
recommended hotel/resort, email us back
on or before the
commencement of your reservation, 10% deposit will automatic refund to
your credit card with less
bank charges. If you cancel your confirmed reservation as you requested,
the 10% deposit are forfeited.
- In any problems arises, we appreciate

Your booking is FINAL once CONFIRMED, we
will then send the Hotel Voucher to your
email address provided during your
booking process via PDF File. The Hotel
Voucher will be made out to the guest
name as defined in your booking request
and must be presented upon check-in at
the hotel.
You may amend your booking request at
any time during the booking process or
after your booking becomes final.
Amendments to your booking request can
be submitted by contacting our Customer
Service Agents. Agents On standby 24x7.
We can be contacted by email, online
chat, call back center, phone or fax.
Depending on the nature of the amendment
request, our standard cancellation
conditions may apply. Please note that
no refunds will be made for no-shows or

In all email exchanges, please make sure
that the BOOKING ID REF #'s is included
in the subject line of your message. Our
automatic routing system will then file
it with the rest of the information
about your booking request. If you
should need to contact us by online
chat, phone, call back services or fax,
please state your BOOKING ID REF #'s,
this will help us retrieve the current
status of your booking process.
In the event that your selected hotel is
not available our Customer Service
Agents will contact you to suggest a
convenient and comparable hotel.
Extension of stay
We strongly recommend that you make your
reservation for the full duration of
your stay. If you would like to extend
your booking after arrival, you will
need to contact our Customer Service
Center as the hotel will not offer you
the same discount prices (the hotel may
even charge you the full walk-in rate
plus taxes). You can contact us by
email, online chat, call back center,
phone or fax. In all correspondence with
our support staff you must quote your
BOOKING I.D. for reference. Our Customer
Service Agents are standing by 24x7.

Airport Transfers
Please note that pick-up times depend on the arrival times as specified in your email. In case of late arrivals no refund applies and we are not liable for any inconvenience that may occur.
Cancellations of Booking
We do understand your need for flexibility when it comes to planning your travels. Our Cancellation Conditions provide the maximum flexibility with regard to amendment or cancellation requests. Please note that we do not charge any cancellation fee for booking requests in progress. However once your booking is final, i.e. we have sent you the HOTEL VOUCHER to the email address provided during your booking process, cancellation fees may apply. Please note that no refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.

the steps, and book the hotel you like simply by
filling in the reservation form.

2. after I make my
reservation, how long does it take to get a
reservation confirmation?
Within 1-2 working day (not including Sunday &
Public Holidays). When you make a reservation
with us, within hours, you will receive our
Reservation Acknowledgement via e-mail,
confirming that your reservation request is now
being processed.
At the same time we will contact and secure your
reservation request with the hotel property.
Assuming availability, a reservation is then
made with your information confirming your
reservation and we will advice you the payment
procedures as a guarantee of reservation, total
amount will be settled as soon as finalization.
Upon confirmation (usually within 1 working
day), we will send you a confirmation with your
reservation details via e-mail or fax. If your
reservation is on a pre-paid basis a check-in
voucher showing your reservation details, full
name as in passport will be directly faxed from
the local ground handling agent.
If you do not receive any mail from us within 1
working day after placing an order, please
kindly contact us immediately at

3. What if the hotel
that I selected is not available?
You will be notified via e-mail (within 1
working day after placing your order) and we
will suggest alternative with same category of
your chosen hotel or resort.
4. Do I need a credit
card to make a hotel reservation?
Yes, All reservations made in this site are on a
pre-payment for security purposes,
TravelTipid.Com offers online credit card
payment such as; XOOM Money Transfer, Bank
transfer or Money, and we only accept major
credit cards, debit cards & bank charge issued
from the country covered by PAYPAL,
remittance.
In some cases, credit cards
issued from financial institutions in the
Philippines are NEEDED to be VERIFIED

5. When will I be
charged in full?
You will be charged in full only if your
selected hotel is available. After receiving
your deposit, we will check for room's
availability. If your selected accommodation is
available, we will make reservation and you will
receive confirmation and the total amount you
need to pay less 10% deposit.
6. What sort of
acknowledgement will I receive after payment
made?
After your payment is confirmed, we will issue a
Hotel Check-in Voucher and Payment Receipt via
email attachment. Kindly print the Hotel Voucher
and present to the hotel/resort front desk
officer upon check-in. Please print the payment
receipt for your own record.
7. Whose name is the
reservation made under?
The room reservation is made under your name or
lead name you entered while making your
reservation. You can check-in with your Hotel
Voucher and passport or ID's showing the same
name as when you fill out the reservation
request form).
8. Do I need to confirm
my booking with the hotel directly?
No. The Confirmation Voucher printed from the
confirmation mail is all you need.
9. What happens to my
hotel booking if my flight is delayed?
Please inform us directly via email or calling
through SMART Mobile # (+639205256538) as any
additional or no charge will only depend on the
hotel policy.
10. What is the latest
time that I can make a reservation?
We accept reservations that are made at least
5-working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public
Holidays) before the check-in date. For frequent
clients that have established an account with
us, we accept reservations on a 2-working day
notice.
11. Are your rates per
room or per person?
Most of our tour packages quoted per person
unless specified.
12. What are the check
in and check out times?
Normal policy of hotels displayed on our web
site is for check in time from 2:00 PM (14:00
hrs.) and the check out time before Noon (12:00
hrs.).
13. Is breakfast
included?
Yes, unless stated otherwise, all taxes and
breakfast are included in the price. Effectively
this means that the room rate quoted is the
total price for the room, and taxes or service
charge will not be added to your bill.
14. What are the
different room categories?
Generally hotels tend to place their bedrooms
within different categories:
- Standard
- Superior
- Deluxe
- Super Deluxe
- Executive
- Premier
The actual differences between the bedrooms vary
from one hotel to another, with executive being
the highest standard of room.
Single Room
A single room is designed to accommodate one
person only. The room contains one single bed or
twin bed.
Double Room
A double room is designed to accommodate two
people only. The room contains one queen bed or
king size bed or if not available a twin bed.
Twin Room
A twin room is also designed to accommodate two
people only. The room contains two single beds
or if not available a king size bed.
Triple Room
A triple room is designed to accommodate three
people only. The room will contain either:
- One queen and one single bed
- Three single beds
Quad Room
A quad room is designed to accommodate four
people only. The room will contain either:
- Two queen beds
- One queen and two single beds
- Four single beds
Please specify which option you require when
sending your reservation form. We can also
assist you in seeking accommodation that can
accommodate more than four people in a room.
Please specify the number of people in your
party when completing your reservation request
form.

15. Can I make a
reservation directly through the hotel or via
another CRS / GDS System?
The special rates listed on TravelTipid.Com are
only available through our partner hotels &
resorts. If you would like to make a reservation
directly with the hotel or using other CRS/GDS
System, you will need to contact them directly.
Prices shown on this webpage applies to
reservation that has been made on this site and
full payment must settle prior to commencement
of travel, otherwise hotel/resort will charge
all guest in a Published Rates.
16. What is your
cancellation policy?
We have taken great care to make our
Cancellation Policy as flexible as possible. We
understand that you may want to amend your
travel dates - even at the last minute, or that
you may have to cancel your travels - due to
unforeseen circumstances. Please note that we do
not charge any cancellation fee for booking
requests in progress. However once your booking
is final, i.e. we have sent the HOTEL VOUCHER to
the email address provided during your booking
process, our Cancellation Policy applies. (Read
our Terms and Conditions)
Rebooking, amendment,
revisions and cancellations policies;
During Low Season
● 10% surcharge if 2 weeks prior to departure
● 20% surcharge if 5 days prior to departure
● 50% surcharge if 3 days prior to departure
● 100% if the day before departure
During High Season
● 10% surcharge if 15 days prior to departure
● 20% surcharge if 7 days prior to departure
● 100% if 3 days prior to departure
During Peak Periods
(such as; Holiday Season, Special Holidays,
Events, Festivals and among others)
● 10% surcharge if 30 days prior to departure
● 20% surcharge if 15 days prior to departure
● 100% if 7 days prior to departure
At times the particular hotel you have booked
with, may stipulate different amendment or
cancellation policies not covered here. Any
policies dictated by the hotel will always
supersede those stated in our General Terms &
Conditions. In such case our Customer Service
Agents will of course inform you clearly and
completely.
17. How to cancel,
amend, revised?
You may submit your notification of cancellation
via email or fax. Please be advised that we will
not accept any cancellation requests by phone.
Cancellations must show your Confirmation ID#
and email address you originally used to make
your booking. Cancellations are ONLY valid if
you receive an email from us confirming receipt
of your cancellation. If you have submitted your
cancellation and do not receive our confirmation
of receipt by email do contact us IMMEDIATELY.

credit card details?
When you place orders or access your account
information, we offer the use of a secure
server. The industry standard security measures
